Water buffalo are the reason most hunters head to the Territory. They are big, heavy animals that work the floodplains and the timber around them, and they do not go down easily.
This is serious game. Shot placement, calibre and patience all matter, and your guide will make the call on when a shot is right and when it is not.
Buffalo are hunted on our Northern Territory properties as part of the seven-day package. If buffalo is the focus of your trip, tell us early and we will plan around it.
